An open plan living area is spread across much the ground floor plan, with views over the superb pool deck. A gourmet kitchen has twin island units, making cooking and self catering a pleasure (although with so many choices nearby, you may just enjoy the space with a snack!), A formal dining area seats 12 guests, whilst casual dining can be enjoyed on the spacious lanai, where you can grill on the built in BBQ.

Kids will love the Marvel superhero themed games room, or dream of Arabian Nights in an "Aladdin" inspired children's themed bedroom. A Pixar "Toy Story" themed play area just adds to the fun. Adults are not left out of course. The heated infinity pool is large enough for serious swimmers but also has relaxing zones and a great built in spa tub. The more active in your party can enjoy the in-home gym and there's plenty of space for fun and games in the upstairs billiards room.

Even more choices for fun come with the foosball and table tennis on the pool deck, or just relax in the large leather chairs and enjoy some big screen entertainment together in the in-house movie room.
